    Applicants without EPT scores can still apply, and there is no disadvantage.

    Eligibility Criteria

    • Applicants must hold foreign citizenship.
    • Neither parent should be a Korean citizen.
    • Applicants of Korean origin must have completed all schooling outside Korea.
    • Students with Korean citizenship (including dual citizenship) cannot apply.
    • Applicants must pay the application fee.
