aICTE Pragati scholarship eligibility
Candidates who are applying for the Aicte Pragati scholarship must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:
- Applicable for only female candidates.
- The female candidate must be studying in any AICTE-approved college/university.
- The candidate must be studying in 1st year or 2nd year of the degree program in the current academic year through the centralized admission process of the state/central government.
- The annual family income of the candidate should not exceed 8 lakhs/annum.
- A maximum of 2 female candidates can apply for this scholarship in any family.

- Every student applying for Pragati Scholarship 2024 will receive a scholarship of around 50,000/- per annum until completion of the degree course. Among 50,000/- rupees:
- 30,000/- rupees will be provided as tuition fee or at actual, which is less.
- 2,000/- rupees incidental charge will be provided for up to 10 months.
- If a student gets a 100% tuition fee waiver, then she can utilize 30,000/- rupees to buy the following items:
- Books, software, desktop PCs, vehicles, paying fees to competitive exam, etc as their need.
- Total of 5,000 students will be eligible to receive the scholarship amount from the government.

- Candidates have to apply for the Pragati Scholarship 2024 through the National Schoalrship Portal (NSP).
- Scroll down and click on the “Fresh application” below.

Candidates are requested to follow the guidelines properly to renew the application form.
- Firstly, candidates have to visit the NSP portal.
- Select the “Renewal application” option.
- A going page will open. Enter your login ID and password, and enter the captcha code then click on submit button.
- Your previous year (2023-24) application page will open. Then on the left sidebar apply for renewal option is there, Click on it.
- You will see all your previously filled details. Just scroll down and enter your Aadhar number again.
- Enter all the current details under the “Renewal details” section.
- Enter your registration number (collect it from your institution), admission year, roll number, section, etc.
- Download the bonafide document.
- Fill out the bonafide certificate carefully and take the sign of the principle/director of your college/institute.
- Then upload the scanned copy of the bonafide certificate.
- Enter the bonafide issuing date, certificate number, and place of issue while submitting.
- Then click on the “Final Submit” button.
Submit the bonafide certificate to your institute and check the status until confirmation.
