CMSS Scholarship 2024

CMSS Scholarship 2024 eligibility criteria

Every student must satisfy the eligibility criteria before applying for this scholarship. Without satisfying the eligibility criteria student’s application will be dismissed. Here is the list of eligibility criteria:

• Students must be the permanent citizen of Gujarat state.
• Only the students in the EBC, SC, and ST categories are eligible for this scholarship.
• Candidates must secure at least 60% marks in their 10th and 12th board examination.
• The annual family income of the candidate’s family must be less than ₹4.50 lakh are eligible to apply
• The applicants must be enrolled in any Diploma, UG, or PG course in Gujarat state.

cMSS scholarship amount

Though the department does not specify the particular amount of the scholarship, the state government of Gujarat will provide around 50% of tuition fees as financial aid through the CMSS Scholarship for various departments like engineering, medical, or diploma courses.

This scholarship covers around 50,000/- to 5,00,000/- for the different courses. Students can check the official website of the CMSS scholarship for the specific amount.

Application process

Interested candidates can fill the online application form through the official website of CMSS portal https://scholarships.gujarat.gov.in/.

• After visiting the official portal, click on New Application.
  • If you have no account created then first Register yourself using the following details:
    • Department
    • Board/University name
    • Personal details
    • DOB
    • Residential address
    • Valid Email and Mobile number
    • Etc.
  • Then verify yourself and Submit your registration form.
  • You will get your Login Id and password for further login.
• Login into your account dashboard.
• Then the application page will open in front of you.
• Read the guidelines carefully.
• Fill the application form with the accurate details.
• Upload the required documents required during the application process.
• After that finally submit your application form.

• First, visit the official website Education Department of Gujarat State.
• Select the Student Status portion form the menu list.
• A form will open.

• Enter the following details:
  • Admission standard
  • Board
  • passing Year
  • Stream
  • Seat Number
  • Password
• Then click on Get students details.
• The Status of the application will be visible in front of you.

Renew your application

Students who wish to renew the application form can visit the official website to renew their previously filled application form:

• First, visit the official website of the CMSS Scholarship.
• Then Click the renew application option on the menu option.
• Fill the details like your Department name, last admission year, Stream, passing year, Seat number, and password.
• After logging into your account dashboard click on renew and enter the necessary details.
• Upload the necessary documents required.
• After filling all the details, crosscheck them twice to thrice.
• If all details are correctly filled then click on final submit button.
