KALIA Scholarship 2024 Eligibility
- Resident – The applicant must be a permanent resident of Odisha.
- Applicants must be from small farmers, landless farmers, and agricultural cultivator families.
- Criteria – Candidates should be Children of beneficiaries in KALIA Yojna under the KALIA scheme under the two different components, namely Support to Cultivators for Cultivation and Livelihood Support to Landless Agricultural Households are eligible for the scholarship.
- The applicant must have obtained merit admission in a government or private institute with an AISHE Code of the State and in Premier Govt. Institution (both inside and outside the State).
- Category – All category (SC/ ST/ OBC/ SEBC/ General) students are eligible to apply for this scholarship.
- Students have to enroll in one professional course.
- The applicant has secured 50% attendance in the academic session.
- Students have cleared the previous examination.
Important Points
- An applicant, who is a current beneficiary of any other scholarship, is not entitled to apply for the scholarship.
- Any private institutions outside the state shall be allowed to participate in the KALIA scholarship.
- Students who have been admitted on NRI/ cost-sharing/ self-financing cannot apply for the Kalia scholarship.

STEP 1: Registration Process
- First of all, visit the official website of the Kalia Scholarship Portal.
- A home page will open, Click on the “Registration” (For new users).
- Tick the small checkbox that entails that all the instructions have been read carefully. Now Click on the option, “I Agree” button.
- Another checkbox will appear which must be ticked after reading the instructions and clicking on “Proceed”.
STEP 2: Aadhaar Verification
- After that, the registration form will open where the following details must be filled:
- AADHAR number
- Gender
- Date of Birth
- Password
- Mobile/Contact number
- At last, Click on “Register” and the process will be complete.
STEP 3: Login Process
- Use your active mobile or email ID to create the user ID and password TO log in.
