- Candidates must be permanent citizens of India.
- Candidate must score a minimum of 60% marks in their higher secondary (10+2) examination 2023-24.
- The annual family income must not exceed 5 lakhs/annum.
- Candidates must enrolled in 1st year in any UGC/State recognized college/university.
